Clinical Supervision

Roots Counseling & Wellness is currently accepting graduate-level intern supervisees who are enrolled in accredited programs in the State of Washington and pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

The purpose of an internship at Roots Counseling & Wellness is for academic credit and to:​

•  Provide structured clinical training and supervision

• Develop assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning competencies

• Strengthen documentation proficiency and ethical reasoning

• Support professional identity formation

• Expose the Intern to private practice operations, compliance systems, and telehealth standards

• Ensure high-quality, ethical client care under supervision
